About Stanley Desmoulins

Stanley Desmoulins takes the time to listen to his clients, understand their needs and work with them to find solutions. He develops long-term relationships with his clients. 

Before his legal career, Stanley worked for over 15 years in telecommunications and information technology for major companies in Canada and Haiti. Stanley Desmoulins is bilingual (English and French). He can also provide services in Haitian Creole. Stanley wants to be able to provide better accessibility and affordability to legal services and as a result, his services are available in multiple languages with flexible payment options available.

Stanley has a multidisciplinary practice that reflects his passion for learning:

• Law (Juris Doctor from the University of Moncton, several law courses at the University of Montreal and the University of Ottawa Law Practice Program);

• Privacy (Certificate in Information Protection from York University (Ontario);

• Business (MBA (Science and Engineering ESG-UQAM (Montreal))

• Public Administration (Master of Public Administration (international concentration) ÉNAP (Montreal));

• Political Science (Université de Montréal);

• Electronic Engineering (Faculty of Science -UEH (Haiti))

With a passion for public speaking, Stanley regularly makes presentations for Toastmasters.

Stanley has taught Cisco Technology and Business at Oulton College (Moncton), and Aruba Technology and Cyber Security Project Management at Algonquin College (Ottawa).  In his spare time, Stanley reads books on philosophy, and privacy and enjoys watching live sports and music. He also writes about subjects he is passionate about such as the French language and politics.
